We want switching to Dissolv to feel like the easiest decision you've made for your home. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, let us know within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right — with a replacement, a store credit, or a full refund.
How it works
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order — include your order number and a quick note about what went wrong.
- We'll reply within one business day with the next steps. For most issues you won't need to post anything back.
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of approval.
The details
- Damaged or incorrect items — we'll replace them free of charge, no questions asked. A photo helps us fix things faster.
- Change of mind — unopened products can be returned within 30 days. We'll email you a return address; return postage for change-of-mind returns is at your cost.
- Opened products — if the product didn't perform as promised, we'd rather know than have you post back a half-used box. Tell us what happened and we'll sort a credit or refund.
- Bundles — the guarantee covers the whole bundle. If one item disappoints, we'll address that item rather than the entire bundle.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
